Cancellation Policy
Please see the applicable policy below and then call (864) 301-1260 or email hello@vintageviewvacay.com to initiate the cancellation. If you did not purchase Trip Protection when you made your reservation, the following policy will apply to any rescheduling or cancellations.
This policy is for all of our programs and reservations unless otherwise noted. If you cancel or decrease the number of participants in your party, the following cancellation policies also apply.
These firm policies ensure all our guests are treated equally and fairly.

Trip Protection
Worried about the weather on the day of your adventure? That's exactly why we offer Trip Protection. Mother Nature doesn't always check your calendar before she decides to act up - and neither does life.
Cancel or reschedule for any reason up to 90 minutes before your activity start time.
Trip Protection is 15% of your total booking.The trip protection fee and any processing fees are non-refundable. Must be added at time of booking.
